Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to eligible postal codes in Richmond and select areas across Greater Vancouver.

Richmond Delivery

  • Minimum order: $80 before tax
  • Delivery fee: Free
  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 3 days
  • Available only to eligible Richmond postal codes.

Greater Vancouver Delivery

  • Minimum order: $150 before tax
  • Delivery fee: Free
  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 7 days

Greater Vancouver delivery currently includes eligible postal codes in:

  • Vancouver
  • Burnaby and New Westminster
  • North Vancouver and West Vancouver
  • Surrey, Langley, White Rock and Delta

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the postal code entered.

Orders that do not meet the applicable minimum order amount will not qualify for local delivery. Customers may choose store pickup or another available shipping option.

Shipping Within Canada

British Columbia

  • Orders of $150 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below $150: $20 standard shipping
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

Other Canadian Provinces

  • Orders of $150 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Orders below $150: $30 standard shipping
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Oversized & Heavy Items

Certain oversized or heavy products, including cat litter, litter boxes, large pet furniture, and other bulky items, require special shipping due to their size and weight.

For orders containing products classified as oversized or heavy:

  • Orders below $280: $50 standard shipping
  • Orders of $280 or more: Free standard shipping
  • Estimated delivery time: 5–8 business days

Oversized and heavy items do not qualify for the regular $150 free-shipping threshold. The applicable shipping rate will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the products in your order.

If an order contains both regular and oversized items, the shipping options and rates available at checkout will be based on the applicable shipping profile for those products.

Store Pickup

Free store pickup is available for eligible orders at our Richmond location. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

For unusually large or difficult-to-ship orders, Juicy Pet may contact you before shipment if additional arrangements are required.
