Return & Exchange Policy

At Juicy Pet, we want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Window

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be brought back to our store or mailed back to us within 7 days of the date you received your order.

Items received after the 7-day return period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Include the original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories where applicable

  • Be clean and free from pet hair, stains, odours, damage, or signs of use

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your Juicy Pet order number

Juicy Pet reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if an item does not meet these conditions.

Food, Treats & Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, opened food, treats, supplements, grooming products, and other consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective, damaged, or there has been an error with your order.

Unopened products may be eligible for return or exchange within the 7-day return period provided they are in their original, resalable condition.

Hygiene & Personal-Use Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This may include items such as grooming tools, toothbrushes, bowls, feeders, litter-related products, beds, blankets, apparel, harnesses, carriers, and other products that have been used by or in contact with a pet.

Please make sure sizing and product suitability are confirmed before removing tags or using the product.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items clearly marked Final Sale, clearance merchandise, and certain promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Online Order Returns

Online purchases may be returned:

  • In person at an eligible Juicy Pet retail location; or

  • By mailing the item back to us within the 7-day return period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item by mail. Juicy Pet is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, colour, flavour, or product, subject to availability.

If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference. If the replacement item is lower in value, the remaining amount will be handled according to the original method of payment or applicable store policy.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping or delivery fees are not refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact Juicy Pet as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the condition of the product and packaging where applicable

We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution.

Please do not dispose of damaged products or packaging until you have contacted us, as photos or the original item may be required.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Where applicable, warranty claims may need to be handled directly through the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

Juicy Pet will be happy to assist with proof of purchase where possible.
