Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

At Juicy Pet, we’re committed to providing reliable and convenient options for getting your pet supplies. Please review the details below for our local delivery, shipping, and in-store pickup services.

1. Local Delivery

Availability:
Local delivery is available within the Greater Vancouver Area, located at 214-5300 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC.

Delivery Schedule:
– Deliveries are made Sunday through Saturday between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
– Orders placed before 2:00 PM may qualify for same-day delivery (subject to availability).
– Orders placed after that time will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery Fees:

Richmond
– Orders over $80 qualify for free local delivery.
– Orders under $80 include a $5 delivery charge.

Vancouver
– Orders over $170 qualify for free local delivery.
– Orders under $170 include a $15 delivery charge.

North Vancouver/West Vancouver
– Orders over $200 qualify for free local delivery.
– Orders under $200 include a $20 delivery charge.

Burnaby/ New Westminster
– Orders over $170 qualify for free local delivery.
– Orders under $170 include a $15 delivery charge.

White Rock/Surrey/Langley/Delta
– Orders over $170 qualify for free local delivery.
– Orders under $170 include a $20 delivery charge.

Coquitlam/Maple Ridge
– Orders over $200 qualify for free local delivery.
– Orders under $200 include a $20 delivery charge.

Delivery Requirements:
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. If no one is present, your order may be left in a safe place or returned to the store for pickup, depending on your preference at checkout.

Note: Certain items, like temperature-sensitive products, require the recipient to be present at the time of delivery.

2. Shipping

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options:
We ship via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, or FedEx.

Flat Shipping rates:
British Columbia:
Orders under $100 include a $15 flat rate shipping.
Orders between $100-200 include a $10 flat rate shipping.
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.

Ontario:
Orders under $150 include a $40 flat rate shipping.
Orders between $150-300 include a $20 flat rate shipping.
Orders over $300 qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times:
– Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Restrictions:
We currently only ship to British Columbia and Ontario. Please contact us for shipping to other provinces. Some large or temperature-sensitive products (like cat litter, frozen/refrigerated foods) are not eligible for shipping.

3. In-Store Pickup

How It Works:
Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout to collect your order from our store:

Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday–Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Processing Time:
Orders are typically ready within 4 hours. You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.

What to Bring:
Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID when collecting your order.

4. Additional Information

  • We currently deliver and ship within Canada only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
