Local Delivery

We offer local delivery to eligible postal codes in Richmond and select areas across Greater Vancouver.

Richmond Delivery

  • Minimum order: $80 before tax

  • Delivery fee: Free

  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 3 days

  • Available only to eligible Richmond postal codes.

Greater Vancouver Delivery

  • Minimum order: $150 before tax

  • Delivery fee: Free

  • Estimated delivery time: Up to 7 days

Greater Vancouver delivery currently includes eligible postal codes in:

  • Vancouver

  • Burnaby and New Westminster

  • North Vancouver and West Vancouver

  • Surrey, Langley, White Rock and Delta

Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on the postal code entered.

Orders that do not meet the applicable minimum order amount will not qualify for local delivery. Customers may choose store pickup or another available shipping option.

Shipping Within Canada

British Columbia

  • Orders of $150 or more: Free standard shipping

  • Orders below $150: $20 standard shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

Other Canadian Provinces

  • Orders of $150 or more: Free standard shipping

  • Orders below $150: $30 standard shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

Available shipping methods and final rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order eligibility.

Large & Heavy Items

At this time, we are unable to offer standard Canada-wide shipping for certain oversized, bulky, or heavy items, such as large cat litter boxes and other products that exceed our regular shipping size or weight limits.

We are currently working on additional shipping solutions for these products.

If you would like to purchase an oversized or heavy item that is not available for standard shipping at checkout, please contact us directly. We may be able to arrange shipping for an additional fee depending on the item and destination.

These items may still be eligible for Juicy Pet local delivery within our applicable Richmond and Greater Vancouver delivery areas, subject to local delivery eligibility and order minimums.

Store pickup may also be available.
