🐾 Refund & Return Policy

At Juicy Pet Lansdowne, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase for most new, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Food, treats, supplements, grooming products, and personal care items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification confirming we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees and local delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return was due to an error on our part (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs or provide an exchange at no extra charge.

3. Online Orders

  • Contact us at info@juicypet.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  • Do not send items back without confirmation, as return authorization may be required.
  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

4. In-Store Purchases

For items bought at our physical location (214-5300 No. 3 Road, Richmond, BC), please bring the item and receipt to the store within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Store Hours:
Sunday–Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Friday–Saturday: 10 AM – 8 PM

5. Cancellations & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified and automatically refunded for the unavailable product. If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We’ll arrange a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
