Feeding Guidelines

These guidelines are for adult dogs; individual needs may vary by about 50%, so monitor your dog's condition and adjust. Use a standard 8 oz (240 ml) cup. Serve dry or mix in ¼ cup of cool or warm water per cup of food. Always provide fresh water. Puppies and nursing mothers typically need 2 to 3 times the adult amount; check with your veterinarian.

Transition: Days 1–2: 10% freeze-dried with 90% current food (rehydrate the freeze-dried portion with warm water). Days 3–4: 25% / 75%. Days 5–6: 50/50. Days 7–8: 75% / 25%. Days 9–10: 100% freeze-dried. For sensitive stomachs, stretch the plan further.
