Directions

Give orally once per day, during or after mealtime, according to your pet’s weight. Can be mixed with food; stir well before serving.

• 5–15 lbs: 2 included scoops
• 16–39 lbs: 6 included scoops
• 40–59 lbs: 1/2 tsp (16 included scoops)
• 60–89 lbs: 3/4 tsp (24 included scoops)
• 90+ lbs: 1 tsp (32 included scoops)

• Speak to your veterinarian before use if your pet has been diagnosed with kidney disease.
• If your animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, discontinue use and consult your veterinarian.
• Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven.
